Bright and early in your recovery journey, I want to stamp out the idea of black and white perfection. It doesn't exist. Concussion/PCS recovery is bumpy and it requires you to show up on days when you feel great and on days when you feel like crawling in a hole. Well, on those days you want to crawl in a hole, how can you be sure that you're not ruining your progress? You find your BAM.
