Milestone #5 Resources
In milestone #5, we covered sleep and breathing practices to help regulate our circadian rhythms and autonomic nervous systems. While these practices are pretty bare bones and lifestyle/behavior-based, having tools, apps, and resources to support these actions can still be very helpful. We'll look at several apps and websites to support our breathing and neurocognitive rehab.
